If you order before 3pm on a weekday and pay by card, PayPal or Google Checkout, your order will be despatched the same day.

If you choose Standard Delivery, your order will arrive within 2-4 working days in the UK.

If you choose Express Delivery, your order will arrive the next working day in the UK if ordered before 3pm. However, we do not ship over thw weekend, so if you place your order after 3pm on a Friday and select Next Day service, your order won't be shipped until the following Monday to arrive Tuesday.

Orders to other countries will take a few more days to arrive.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.

At Skateboards of Choice, you may cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will also refund the cost of shipping your order if the cancellation date falls within 7 working days starting the day after delivery.

You may exchange products within 30 days for alternative items.

Unless items are faulty, you return them to us at your expense. Alternatively, you may arrange for us to collect the goods from you, but a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.

Faulty Items

If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.

We are happy to pay the cost of returning faulty items to us.

We test all returned products. Products tested and found to be working will returned to you.

Refunds

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practise, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product or us arranging to collect it from you.

To return an item

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning it to us.
